Your housing company has, in collaboration with KestoTurva, arranged for the installation of new smoke detectors in all apartments.
These installations are part of the fire safety legislation concerning smoke detectors, which came into effect in early 2024. Under the new law, the responsibility for procuring and maintaining smoke detectors in residential units is transferred to the building owner, with a transition period extending until the end of 2025.
